HazWash LLC specializes in hazardous waste management, biohazard remediation, odor control, trauma cleanup, and hoarding remediation. These services are regulated by federal, state, and local laws.

All services are performed under strict compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and Michigan EGLE standards.

Once hazardous materials leave a site, liability is legally transferred to HazWash LLC and/or licensed disposal partners.

Due to the nature of remediation, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or substitutions.

Section 3 – Pricing & Modifications

Prices for services are subject to change without notice. Quotes are site-specific and may change if conditions differ from initial assessments.

HazWash reserves the right to discontinue or modify services at any time.

Section 4 – Photography & Documentation

By engaging HazWash LLC, you acknowledge and agree:

Before/after photos will be taken for compliance, insurance, and training. These cannot be waived.

Identifiable client information will not be shared publicly without written consent.

With client approval, non-identifiable photos may be used for marketing purposes.

Section 5 – Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current and accurate billing information.

HazWash reserves the right to refuse service or require deposits before commencing work.

Section 6 – Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from misusing the website or services, including fraud, non-payment, or requesting illegal/unpermitted waste handling.

Section 7 – Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” HazWash LLC does not guarantee complete odor elimination or property restoration beyond agreed scope of work.
